Any thoughts on why BHVR isn't adding Mark Hoffman?

Hoffman is one of the central characters who is ideal for the entity. Recent posts about Saw have shown that BHVR and Lionsgate have an excellent working relationship. And I honestly don't understand why BHVR doesn't want to add Hoffman. If any of the developers see this post, please, I beg you, add Hoffman to the game. I think many would like to see him

    Yeah I'd love Hoffman and to have Pig get her own chase music but sadly Pig has been relegated to being gutter garbage
