Has anyone manage to get 2 pip in the PTB

I just had a match where I scored 8000 points in each category, yet got 1 pip in the end. Due to 1 gen left undone I got silver emblem at gatekeeper, lost 3% points from hook proximity and got gold emblem at chaser. I am just curious if anyone manage to get that perfect game.
