Huge W for DbD devs today
Decreasing overall price in half and make it easier for new players to get hands on older content is great. It also applies for shards so that also helps the grind reduction if you don't want to spend money on the game.
Devs should be praised for this change. It's amazing. I know we offten talk about negative things or changes in DbD but when big W like this comes out, we should give positive feedback back!

Feel older chapters should be even cheaper.
Like after 2 years, chapters (Macabre) get 25% cheaper ; after 3 years (Old wounds) get 50% cheaper ; 4 years and older get 75% cheaper.
Still, alot better than nothing.

Yeah i think it's good news. Being able to buy characters like clown and feng min for 4,500 shards each is something i wish i had when i first started

This is great news! I've got most of the Survivors and Killers that I want already, but this should make unlocking characters and perks for newer players a much less painful experience.
I think the cheaper auric prices will also tempt players into trying out the Killers and Survivors they might not have considered before.
I mean, there's no way I'd spend full price on Ace with the terrible perks that he's got (plus all the extra grief that Mad Hatter Ace has given me in my Killer games), but I did get a snazzy looking knitted waistcoat in the rift for him, so I'm feeling mighty tempted to unlock him at the reduced prices.
