I really don't get the point of teabagging

The exit gate is open...so what people escape me and many other killers all the time. I feel like the only time teabagging is "valid" is if the killer was not so friendly, aka tunneling and such. But I mean what I see as a good reason to teabag if it's gloating is if you escaped without being hit or hooked or better even found then go ahead and teabag you earned it because you played stealthy and outsmarted me but if I was able to still get some hooks from you and even then hit you no real reason to start teabagging the exit gate because fun fact. I really don't care. I find it just a way of showing you don't escape often. I seriously just prefer if left. Maybe last minute heal is alright, but just standing there not doing anything is well boring to watch, plus not really effected. "Then why are you making this post?" Simple I don't get the point of teabagging when I play survivor everyone teabags if it's because your wanting me to heal you even though I just rescued you not even a second ago which fun fact the game has to register the fact it happened. Teabagging is like flashlight clicking to me pointless and really just not at all useful.

Edit: To keep it short teabagging just means you don't win often a good survivor would just leave get the match over with you dust off those hands and call it a day.

Well, because in, what I biasedly assume, 99.9% of all cases it is just trying to taunt and/or rub in (a sometimes more, sometimes less) earned victory.

Higher skilled players will sometimes tbag during the game to keep the killer on them instead of their weaker team mates. So it can be a tactic. The ones who do it in the exit gate... who knows. It's a game, it's not that deep, so I'm not sure why they feel entitled to waste peoples time.

I never said killers deserve to be teabagged for tunnelling. Not sure where you read that in my reply. They do it to taunt the killer so the killer keeps chasing them. Never said it wasn't bad manners. I consider slugging to be bad manners too but that doesn't mean it's not a tactic.

That part was adressed to OP, sorry, I should've quoted.

Slugging is different. Slugging during the match? That has nothing to do with BM. Slugging everyone because you can't hook them? Also ok. Slugging everyone while being able to hook them? No doubt it's a BM too.

  • survivors that wait at the last second of the end game timer running out then escape should actually be permad.

You can get DQed from a chess match for being disruptive and flipping people off. Like I get what you're trying to say here but BM as a strategy is very much not allowed in many games

Human nature is to ne horrible and taunt the opposition, and tea bagging is just that.

    That's my point.

In DbD it is allowed and some people protect it for some reason, including big content creators.

DBD really is a weird game where you have less trouble with sore losers than sore winners. I can play like a saint and lose and my opponent will likely be a jerk. But when I play scummy (omega blink Starstruck Nurse on Midwich scummy), I somehow get the nices folks imaginable and ruin their day.

Your problem is you are trying to find a point in the actions of monkeys.

These small beings are the same that rage and hurl feces on the chat when they lose.

    Not worth thinking about.

It's funny to rub it in on killers that unsuccessfully tried to tunnel me or one of my swf friends out of the game just to get 3-4outed

I always thought that its about asserting domination.

    Could be wrong though.

Because people, by and large, are garbage.

I don't go anywhere near the exit gate when opened.

I cant handle the skill set of survivors who want you to approach to instantly leave or take a hit and leave.

I mean I can't possibly deal with that skill level as killer.

Seriously, don't go to the gate and let the sad little individuals waste their time hoping you'll turn up for some toxic behaviour.

As for me, it's always the survivor who did nothing during the entire match and escapes who tbag

The god survivor whom I barely touched just walk out
