Outplay camping Bubba: Gen Rush, Swift Escape
I can't fathom why experienced players still struggle with the simple tactic of dealing with a basement-camping Bubba who aims to hook camp from the start. The solution is straightforward: prioritize finishing the generators and escaping, minimizing Bubba's potential kills. Someone may need to sacrifice themselves for the team; it's just how his power operates.
Hanging around the hooked survivor hoping for an opportunity only wastes precious time, as Bubba typically won't leave. Consequently, when your teammate inevitably succumbs, you've essentially given Bubba another target, amplifying the risk of him taking out everyone before the last generator is completed.
So, please, when facing a basement-camping Bubba — or any hook-camping Bubba for that matter — focus on fixing the generators and making your exit. That's what the person on the hook wants too, rather than their time being fruitlessly wasted.

Provide me an example of such situation when all Bubba is doing is camping the hook, and you are safe to do gens.

Not needed. You know like everyone else that Deadlock provides Slowdown without any input needed from the Killer.
Furthermore, since the Devs increased Gen Times, but not the time on the Hook, it is very unlikely to get 5 Gens done in two Hook-Stages. It was unlikely before, now I think it is probably not even possible, even if all Survivors are doing Gens. Then Deadlock exists.
And THEN there is also the point of SoloQ. The person on the Hook HAS to struggle to give the other Survivors a chance to complete all Gens. But if someone is Solo, I cannot really blame them for not sticking around for 2 minutes and I can understand that they would rather go into the next game.
Overall, camping currently provides way too much benefit for the Killer just staying in one area.

Also, in solo queue: there's no way to tell that the killer is camping. So most folks will cross the map to check for an unhook opportunity, losing gen time in the process.

Yeah, this is true as well. Even if the Survivors all do Gens when realizing the Killer is camping, they will still go for the Unhook before going back on a Gen.

Survivor 1 finishes a gen and survivor 2's gen is blocked for 30 seconds. That already puts them behind schedule.
3 survivors can in theory finish the gens in a little more than 200 seconds (considering they need to run from gen to gen) which is already longer than a good chase and the 120 seconds until the first survivor dies.
Bring Deadlock into the equation and the killer buys themself another 30 seconds without any input. So they get 230 seconds for the 5 gens at minimum. That's almost 4 minutes. But after the first survivor died (about 180 seconds into the match) the killer can pressure the remaining 3 with ease. It's not rocket science.

if the bubba uses a build like NOED-deadlock-Corrupt-No way out he is gonna leave the game with a 2k or 3k, people that defends this braindead playstyle with just do gens baffles me.

Some Bubbas prioritize perks that aid in swift chases, like breaking pallets and leaping through windows speedily. Not every Bubba opts for perks that slow generator progress or impede exit gate openings.
So, if the suggestion is to prioritize rescuing survivors because the Killer uses slowdown perks, that logic doesn't quite hold. The most effective strategy remains completing generators swiftly, regardless of the Killer's potential moves. Even if one generator gets blocked for 30 seconds while you work on another, the progress made isn't lost, allowing you to return to it later without setbacks.

Yes, if the Bubba does a terrible job, it's super easy to counter.
Do you have any other wisdom? Like how dodging a trapper M1 is easier if the trapper isn't aiming for you?
You've been told why camping Bubba is hard to counter, you can't just toss it all aside because 'sometimes Bubbas don't bring camping perks'. Not to mention that @Aven_Fallen listed no build components at all. Nor did I mention any perk set-up when I pointed out that solo-queue can't communicate campers to one another and thus risk wasting more time.

Some players just don't want to admit, that there are situations in which the killer can't be beaten. Especially a killer that is as funny as Bubba.

Camping Bubba you just have to cut your losses. Easy 2 man escape, possibly 3 if you can rotate the hooked survivor. Thrash gens and then roll eyes about how the opposition set out to spoil the match.

He is so annoying. I hate him, I can't play well against him in SoloQ and I doubt I'd be better in a swf. He either camps and all the Survivors gather to watch or he has BBQ and it's just a game of my teammates swapping hooks. I also hate those pig squealing noises. Anyway, if he's the killer in SoloQ, just hide your aura in a locker and wait for Hatch.

Bubba is one of the most fun killers to play against if you ask me. Especially the good mindgames and flick Bubbas. It's the best.
Sadly these types of Bubbas are pretty rare. I always give those tricks a try if I play him. It just heavily relys on addons and I tend to play him without addons.
Truly one of a kind. You have a killer that is fun to face, fun to play and is a walking meme machine. What more could you want?

Camping Bubba’s have one goal and that’s to face camp. Why would they run gen slowdown when that’s not their goal? They want to get gen rushed and hope survivors make mistakes trading.

Aside from new Killers, like Alien and Chucky, the Killers I face almost never bring their own unlockables.

Because it allows them to camp more. Face camping doesn't work anymore, Bubba is no exception. But proxy camping with Deadlock buys you more time to do just that and also gives you better results in the process.
I have yet to see a Bubba that camps because they want to be gen rushed. That makes no sense.

I HAVE to ask. For how long have you been playing dbd?
Bubba is one of the best chasers in the game and offers one of the best chase experiences in dbd. It's high risk, high reward. Do you drop the pallet, do you greed? Do you know that you can take another round based on his charges? Can you play around windows well?
Bubba is one of the biggest beginner stompers that is out there. It's not uncommon to lose at 5 gens against Bubba if your new. I was at that point.
Most bubba take their own perks? Maybe if they are bad, yes. Bubba perks are bad. The only good one is bbq.
Most good Bubbas use something like this:
Corrupt, Deadlock, Pain resonance, Shadowborn, bamboozle, BBQ, lethal pursuer, nowhere to hide, pop, trail of torment.
They also exclusively run speed addons with chilli's.
I very much hope that you will encounter a Bubba like this. It's one of the best experiences dbd has to offer.
Otherwise I recommend watching Sethgameon on YouTube or twitch. One of the best Bubbas I've seen so far.

What does "greed" mean? I'm not familiar with it in terms of the game.

Greeding a pallet means, that you take another loop in the risk of getting hit.
You know these situations where the killer closes the gap at a loop and you reach the pallet? You have the decision to drop the pallet, therefore being in a safe position or take another loop, risking taking a hit but also earning more time for your team.
As far as I'm concerned, Bubba is one of the most fun killers to go against. He's risk-reward. If you can delay him long enough, he loses most of the time because he has nothing but chase. If he downs fast, he wins. He's also great for Mindgames, which is the most fun part of the game for me personally.
If you don't like him, that's fair.

Even if the survivors escape against a camping Bubba, everyone loses.
I've been in soloq games where we've done exactly as the OP suggested. It makes the Eruption meta look fun and engaging by comparison.
As others have pointed out, there's also lots of things that can go wrong.
1: Perk setup
2: Survivor on hook gives up (reasonable choice)
3: Any survivor goes to check the hook

Whilst I understand why you post this in my matches a camping Bubba is somewhat rare.
The anti-facecamping solution got rid of many of them. Those doing proxy camp often have other useful perks for chases.

I mean this is what OP's whole post is about.. and that's the typical outcome against your average pub Bubba running Agi/Iron Grasp/Mad Grit/Insidious. You crank gens because they aren't going to leave that hook until that hooked survivor dies on hook. I have yet to face a face camping Bubba with gen slowdown. And I still see Bubba's after the self-unhook mechanic continue the cringey basement/face camp tradition.
Those types of Bubba's WANT the survivors to make mistakes by hook trading, and OP's post illustrates how to escape that.
