And vice versa, when you know where the Boon is yet you don't sniff and leave the Boon , why?

If they specifically go down in a certain area, I snuff it because it's obviously Exponential.
If it's nearby, I'll snuff it.
Otherwise, I don't really care. There's not a single Boon worth going out of your way to snuff

Boons don't typically move around, and if I know where the survivors go to heal and reset, I can plan around it. I don't slug so exponential is a wasted boon, and the rest will just keep you in that area while I go push gens

Otherwise, I don't really care. There's not a single Boon worth going out of your way to snuff
So no matter how much the survivors benefit from the other Boons perks, you don't care

Correct.
All others are either inconsequential or a net negative for Survivors

When it's convenient I'll snuff it. For example, I could happen to hook / down / zone someone right next to it. It doesn't stop my momentum but I waste the survivors time and deny them the use of a perk. When I stumble across it randomly I'll snuff it as well but only, if I don't have anything more important to do like defending a gen or chasing.
Basically whenever I have down time and am already in the area.

When I play killer I ignore boons unless they are right next to me. Like most hex perks, boon perks are awful. Hexes and boons are failed concepts that need to be completely reworked.

What if it was on the second floor and far away on Léry's map? Are you going to get up there and walk the distance to Sniff Boon Totem?
More clearly, would you do a Sniff Boon if it was placed in a good place if you still had time?

Having time in general is different from having time to spare. Usually boons are really low on my list of priorities. Especially now that CoH isn't an issue anymore. I'd decide on the spot, if I actually have the time to spare to snuff a totem on a different floor.
If I'm around a hooked survivor / downed survivor during that time, I'll do it. The others will not be able to safely rescue that person with me being so close and I know that there aren't 4 people on gens. If I have to go out of my way to snuff the totem, then it's no longer convenient and I'm likely going to find a better use of my time.
You should always ask yourself how you spend your time as effective as possible as a killer because you have so little of it. Snuffing a boon doesn't take a lot of time but walking towards it will. In that case it's almost never worth it (exceptions being survivors who exploit certain things with the help of boons).

The days of busted boons (Circle of Healing and nothing else) are gone so it makes it where minus the bully squad with exponential and I don’t consider bully squads a real challenge to deal with. Only will snuff if I by miracle end up next to it.

If I hear it, basically.
If enough celestial bodies lined up in the sky on a blood moon for it to actually be a well used Exponential or something else clever, I might care more about it depending on the match.

Don't sniff boons

It's smart to snuff boons around center or main bldg.
Why this specifically?

unless youre right next to it or on the way to a gen itll just be a time waste to go to it

As Oni, I leave them as the boon area turns into a blood ball pit.
