How long it takes for the merge of accounts to be done?
Yesterday i made the merge from my PS4 account to my epic account so i could have what i had and i wanted to know ¿how long it usually takes for it to be done?

It’s not possible to merge your PS4 progress with your epic progress.
only Epic and Steam can be merged.
i think you can link your accounts still but don’t know what you gain from that. But it’s definitely not for merging progress as of yet or the foreseeable furure

Cross progression (which is basically what you're asking about) only exists between Steam and Epic. It's highly unlikely any other form of cross progression will be implemented anytime soon, if ever.

To be fair, BHVR has asked in a recent survey if players would be okay with cross progression where your DLC purchases wouldn’t transfer - do at least they are looking into it

True, I forgot about that. It's been so long since they first said they were gonna add it, but hopefully they will actually add it soon, even if it's a slightly watered-down version. I think the VAST majority of players who want it would be fine buying the DLCs again if it meant they kept prestige, cosmetics and BP/shards.

Yes, that is the only way it can happen, honestly. Epic was only able to get cross-progression the way they do with Fortnite because they have to pay Sony for everything bought on anther platform for players that have a linked account. While the other consoles I don't think do, you know they are going to make a similar deal from now on. They don't want to give you anything for free.
