Twins and Hag, obviously.

Twins are the rarest, definitely. I came back to the game around Chucky's release after a long break and so far I've only seen them once.
Hillbilly is rare, but I'm sure that will change next week. Singularity is another one I'd say is rare. Maybe Skull Merchant, but I see her more often than the other three.
I know some people say my favorite killer is rare these days, but surprisingly I do get Freddy from time to time. It is luck, I guess.

Playing against Singularity - It had been so long that I'd played against one last night that I forgot to use my EMP I was holding. Last time I saw one was about 4-5 months ago give or take. Ironically I enjoy playing them I just haven't versed them at all since basically launch.

I played a lot of Singularity but never went against one until like a few months after learning him, and my mind was blown when I learned how the EMP worked for the first time. The fact that it's a whole sphere, the fact that you have to click M1 to activate it after charging it, yeah.
To be fair I'm a killer main so I don't play survivor often but it felt so surreal playing against a killer I'm familiar with, yet not knowing how to go against them...

I haven't gone against a Bubba in a long time. Like, a really long time.
The other two I rarely go against are Artist and Singularity for... obvious reasons.

This is pretty much my feeling exactly - I felt like I was on training wheels running against the P40 something Singularity I went against. I should know how to use the EMP because Singularity is one of my most played killers at the moment but apparently not. I absolutely understand why no one plays them though - They require so much work to do what most other high tier killers do for less effort. I still enjoy playing as them though.

Twins and Hag. I feel like a novice when I play against them because I don't really know how to. I'm surprised others don't see Singularity much, I see him a fair bit.

Twins, Singularity, and Xenomorphs. I played just under 500 matches last year in a reasonably high-rate survivor SWF, and all of them had less than 10 encounters, with only two matches for the Twins.

Went against the Twins for the first time in months last week and I died because I forgot Victor prevents you from escaping lol

Even though I main them I haven't seen much of Legion in my games. I've only been up against Legion once or twice the past 2 months.

Twins is by far the killer I see least often. Seeing the Twins is almost like a bi-annual occurrence for me at this point.
Hag would be a distant second.

Twins is easily the rarest, followed by Pig and GF.
Billy would have taken 3rd place, but with his update that's likely going to change.

The ones you'd expect but also surprisingly don't see that much Huntress. I know she's still popular and I'm assuming I'm somehow matrix dodging all of them. Nemmy is also pretty rare for me.

The usual suspects: twins, hag and singularity. Aside from singularity I'm glad I'm not seeing them too often because the gameplay boils down to excessive slugging and camping.

May I twist this... I play more Killer then Survivor
I do play all of the Killer I have... I don't have Singletary or Dredge and Knight (Cause he is blocked from play right now)
But I have had matches that ended up total loses (3 hooks and not much else)
The last time I played... I played Pinhead, Twins, Pig, Oni
Then I lost interest in playing

I've only faced 2 Skull Merchants and Singu's. Twins ive only faced about 6 or 7. Artist and Sadako are super rare also.
