Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

Thoughts on Hillbilly on Console

I played as The Hillbilly for the first time tonight on Nintendo Switch to do the Tome Challenges and I had a blast!

I was only able to get a single kill in 3 games but I had fun!

I want to know if people play him on Console, or is he considered an unplayable Console Killer such as The Nurse?

Does it get easier, on Console, to use the chainsaw?

I almost have 2 million bloodpoints to spend but wanted your opinions before I invest.

Billy's not too bad on console. He's hard to control but you can still do curves and stuff. I don't think you can do that one pallet break 180 trick but that'll probably be patched out eventually anyway. He's a great killer but he's really hard to learn and that applies to PC/Console both.

I also feel Nurse difficulty is very overexaggerated on console; she's really not that bad. Trickster is probably the hardest console killer and about the only one I'd consider "unplayable".

Without the recoil Trickster graduated from unplayable to just completely miserable on console. Singularity is prolly the new champ as far as being total poop with a controller and on a console.

Nurse needs an absurd amount of practice to git gud wit & master on console, perhaps more than any other killer. That is if the frame gods are being generous that day, which is asking a lot from the older gen machines. She is just meant to be run with a mouse & keyboard, as are the designs of all the killers really.

I've had the chance to play some new Billy on Nintendo Switch, too.

I honestly think he is the third strongest Killer in the game right now, regardless of the platform. Granted, I must be at very low MMR with him since I hardly played this Killer before the buff, but I can't seem to lose with him right now.

(Yes, it does get easier. I don't feel any real difference between PC/Switch and I use a controller for both)
