Quick Question about Unknown Perks

I'm trying a variety of Unknown builds that I think are pretty fun! But the killer is still way too fresh, especially with his new perks, so I want to ask a question about two.


First build is a trickery build: Unforeseen + Dark Devotion + Distressing + Third Seal

The goal of this build is to create a lot of misinformation about my whereabouts, but I have to ask: Does the combo of Unforeseen and DD create two separate terror radiuses? That's my intention, but if it's not working out that way, then I'll scrap the build.


Second build is a chase-orientated build: Unbound + Rapid Brutality + Superior Anatomy + Coup

The goal is to hit a survivor mid-window vault and chase them down at ungodly speed. But I'm wondering if the 5% haste on both Unbound and RB stacks to get me 10%. I know of some haste-related things to not stack, and I was wondering if this is one of them.

    A YouTuber named Pebsie tested this exact thing with unforeseen and dark devotion and it does indeed create two separate fake TRs.
