Why does blight lunge after the first rush?

I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but after not playing killer for around a year I played a game of Blight again and had an issue where after my first non lethal rush, I would not be able to rush again to perform a lethal rush, instead I would do a lunge? If I'm not mistaken, he's not even supposed to be able to lunge after the first rush, but it seems to be all I can do. I thought at first I was just accidentally left clicking but I then completely removed my finger from the M1 button and it was still happening.

I don't have a video as to be honest, I got pretty tilted by this and decided to quit playing for a while. If this isn't something that's supposed to happen I'll try to recreate it when I'm in a calmer mood but for now can anyone confirm whether or not this is supposed to happen? Thanks

    Did you use any Add Ons?

    Because if you use Shredded Notes and C33 you are left with only 1 Rush-Token.

    C33 only takes 2 tokens now. They buffed it.

    I definitely had 5 tokens. I played 2 games with this issue, first game the addons I was using were Vigo's Journal and Compound 21, second game was Plague Bile and Rose Tonic. None of those should reduce tokens, I even added Rose Tonic specifically to give myself longer to start the 2nd rush in case I was just taking too long somehow but to no avail.

    Maybe your mouse is glitching and it is registering both right and left clicks when you only right click.

    I've tried again in a custom lobby against bots and it's off an on. At first it was okay, then it started again, then randomly it stopped then came back again all within the same game. I've tried with my mouse wireless and plugged in, and then tried with a different mouse and got the same issue. I have videos of it now but apparently I'm not allowed to upload those. I'm assuming this is some sort of bug then?
