I’m on Xbox series X and it’ll let me load in but as soon as it find a game it dashboards me

Are you doing a random perk quest? I know those have been buggy for people lately.

If it's dashboarding you the game is crashing, and as @catnip18 said there's issues with doing games with the random perks.
