And now the event tome challenges are bugged
So far I’ve completed the survivor challenge to steal one blood drop from the killer and it won’t give it to me. I’ve seen the progression of it in match with the blue line that goes gold when you complete it, but as soon as I get to endgame screen it shows incomplete again.
I just did the killer hook 3 survivors on blood moon hooks. Same thing happened. Showed me completing it in the match and then when I get to endgame screen is shows incomplete.
Is there anything about this event working correctly? 🥺

Just did the 3 hook challenge again just to be sure and yeah it’s bugged. Got the good completion bar again and it still didn’t count. This is annoying.
BHVR needs to release a large BP code to everyone for all the issues today

I wonder, is there internal testing "before" these things go live? Doesn't look that way to me.

I can't complete the Bloody Catch challenge on PS4. I did it just fine on Nintendo Switch, but on PS4 I've finished it twice within matches and then been shown "0/3 hooked" after the match.

I finished the whole thing before the kill switch. Does using the offering help with the challenges?

Yea, I had no issues completing any of them, just have one left, the one to hide in a blood zone in the killer's terror radius for 20 seconds.

Well, stealing blood drop is already impossible unless the killer is totally ignoring the event. You have to take the very first chase to have a chance.

My friend and I both completed that challenge by grabbing a blood drop, getting hit at a pallet, and then throwing the pallet down to stun the killer and steal the blood drop back. Took no effort, done on our first tries.

BHVR release an event that isn't bugged and poorly thought out challenge.

I've been able to complete all mine without issue. Thought the one for hitting inside a bloodzone might be bugged since I didn't see it complete in-game, but at the end-screen it showed it as done 🤷♂️

I just tried it again today. I did a blast mine on a gen and was right behind the killer when they kicked it. It stunned them and the blood drop transferred to me, but the challenge still don’t proc for me at all.

It happened to me as well... hooked 3 surv, the pop-up status screen showed that I had completed the challenge but I didn't get the credit. I'm running the PC version...

Yup, I'm ignoring this one completely. It's so obvious sometimes they don't think out the consequences of their actions. It's all just 'yeah that sounds cool do it' 'yup that sounds fine'. It's how we get really asinine tomes that basically read 'throw the game'. One thing I used to be grateful for is that the events dialed back on this a bit and made them things that will occur in normal game play. NOT THIS TIME!
Are we going to get stun the killer 4 times in a single trial, cleanse 10 totems or something equally game throwing that ruins the game for all the other survivors in that trial too?
As for the 'take blood and let the killer hit you then stun them to get it done' I tried this. Bugs said no. Still that is a little more game throwing then I like and there's a few killers that outright get around that.

I’ve completed this once twice now. I stunned the killer and clearly stole the blood drop and got the gold completed bar showing it was done during the match. Once again, when match is over it shows incomplete.
