I’m playing on Xbox and everything is locked except for the tutorial. All play options are locked. I can’t find any answers through google and the help center hasn’t answered. Any ideas?

    You need to buy auric cells to remove the locks. :p Seriously though I don’t know.

    The auric cells are the new micro transactiona currency that you can buy to get new skins or even killers and survivors. I am sure Behaviour will fix the issue soon. Have you tried restarting the game?

    Obviously, you should play the tutorial? It takes few minutes and even gives you 50K BP total.

    Yes I restarted the game multiple times and the whole Xbox. And I’ve been playing this game for almost a year so I’m sure I don’t need to play any kind of tutorial.

    I don't think SanKa_Games ment do the tutorial because you don't know how to play. It's to unlock the everything.

    I'm having the same issue @ScaryMonsterr99 did you figure out a way to fix it? I've been trying to get it to work all day and I'm super frustrated

    I've played the tutorial and it fixed the issue, but I also keep disconnecting every single game. Any suggestions? It's definitely not the internet

    It's probably your Internet connection. Restart your router and modem.

    Ive played both of the tutorials, and restarted everything and all my things are still locked

    @Troyyoung2014 hey this guy had the same problem so maybe just do the tutorial one more time. May have not registered u did it the first time.

    The game hasn't fully downloaded yet. After so much progress it lets you start the game but the only thing available to do is the tutorial. Just let it ride and when the rest of the game finishes downloading you'll be good to go.

    weird that it wasn't fully installed for me considering i've had my ps4 on long enough (several days) And it said "13 minutes left" in the downloads folder, and now it works

    I let it at it hours. It is still downloading for so long and it doesn’t look like it’s gone up even a tiny bit.

    i did that, i played the survival tutorial then the next day i played the killer tutorial but it’s still locked everything after i’ve given it a day

    I have the same problem and on top of that I have a glitch where I can’t run, like I can’t run straight my character just runs in slow motion, anybody know how to fix that?
