Perk Numbers
Survivor side:
Examples:
Botany Knowledge: 33 % healing speed
Dead Hard,Sprintboost, etc: If you dont run, you can use it after 40 seconds again
Deliverance: Broken status effect only for 1 minute
Empathy: 64/96/128 metres of range
We'll Make It: 100% healing speed for 30/60/90 seconds.
Killer side:
Examples:
Brutal Strength: 10/15/20 %
Corrupt Intervention: 3 Generators are blocked for 80/100/120 seconds
Dark Devotion: 20 seconds
Dying Light: 19/22/25 %
Franklin's Demise: 0/5/10 %
Hex: Haunted Ground: 40/50/60 seconds
Make Your Choice: 40/50/60 seconds
Why are the survivors numbers are so much better?
As example "We'll Make It":
Survivors have this effect for 90 seconds.
This is longer than "Make Your Choice" or "Hex: Haunted Ground".
Its a 1 vs 4 game.
The killer should have better numbers, because he fight versus 4 survivors.

This makes me think that if we removed all perks then the killer would have the advantage

Thats kinda sad.
Thanaphobia nerf is sad.

I hope you realize killer perks are more encompassing and effect more than 1 person at a time or help killers out which are already more powerful than a single survivor.
I also like how you ignored no gen speed perk increases gen repair by more than 10%

Is your idea of game balance that 4 is a larger number so killers should have buffed perks?
You want to explain why you have an issue with Deliverance? Why do you think 60 seconds isn't enough and why should it apparently be nerfed, judging by your critique.
How many do you usually heal with We'll Make It? Since you think the ability to heal others faster for 90 seconds is overwhelmingly good.
Is Franklin's a bad perk because 10% is lower than 90 seconds, or because the range of Empathy has a larger number than an item modifier? How does your thought process work, and how do you make the comparisons?
It should be quite clear that I think your post is bizarre, you compare completely different perks arbitrarily, and somehow thinks that is valid reasoning for balance.

Better question is: Who voted this up?

I did it now because you asked. That way, I can give you 1/3 of the answer.

Damn this place is actually full of killer circlejerking.
The reason why the killers perks tend to have lower numbers is because it works on 4 times as many people. Like for ######### sake its simple balancing.
1 -
But the killer plays versus 4 people.
That mean he should have better perks.
Or not?
1 -
No, because their perks work on 4 people. They work 4x as much. And really, survivor and killer perks are so different its hard to compare them. How did you compare empathy and brutal strength? They do nothing in common. Did you just see one had a small number so you went "hurr durr survivor op".
What about "Wake Up!"? It makes you open the exit gates 15% faster, so lets make Blood Warden last 15 seconds so its fair.

Brutal Strength is only for pallets and gens.
And the perk need a number buff.
35% or 40%.
Thana need a buff.
Fire Up need a buff.
Dying Light need a rework.
They are so many useless killer perks.
Survivors have just more "viable perks".

Except survivors are not meant to be able to 1v1 the killer. This is an asymmetrical game, do you have any idea what that means?

There aren't enough facepalms in the world to express how that makes me feel.
