I know it's early, but the next killer should be:
Torque from The Suffering.
Yes, it's another video game but he fits in perfectly. You can run around as Torque and shank survivors, and once his ability is recharged, you can turn into the beast and hit survivors.
He could also double as the survivor to make things really interesting. He had 3 karma states in the game that changed the way he looked. You can use Evil Torque for the killer and neutral/good Torque for the survivor.
For those of you who haven't played the game, you can download it for free courtesy of the USAF, or purchase it from GOG.
Last I knew, Warner Brothers potentially owns the rights. It used to be Midway until they went bankrupt and were purchased by them.

The Suffering was amazing, one of the few games with a Karma system that really played well with it and had real differences to go with it. My first play-through I screwed up bad and had to start over and I was lucky too because it looked like I was going to get the bad ending at first lol
Anyway, Torque would be awesome, perfect for the prison map from another thread. We need more brute strength Killers because we've been getting a lot of strategy, sneaky, indirect Killers lately. Torque would be powerful if done right, he could start off as human and then activating his Beast mode he transforms and gets faster, breaks things faster, etc The Survivor being the good Torque would basically be the otherside of the story where he was innocent and the Killer is him if he was guilty. Really cool thing to bring into this game.

Survivor trying to vault a window, only for a hook to stab onto them and yank them back to the Killer Shack with 'GET OVER HERE!!' being shouted throughout the map. 😄
