Clown new add-on effects have a weird description???

From the patch notes I know that it boosts the haste you get from being Invigorated, but the description isn't clear at all, what does it boost? Does it boost the effect for Survivors aswell? What does it affect, the duration or the movement speed??????

So many question yet the answer isn't on the add-on itself, please change.

    you get 3% more invigorated.

    idk that makes perfect sense to me, it's like when i sip a dr pepper and feel 3% more refreshed.

    but yeah they should really clarify that it's a movement speed boost

    Increases invigoration effect of yellow bottles by 3%.

    It's a weird description. They should have just followed the format of the Flask of Bleach add-on, which states that it increases the Hindered effect of the Tonic.
