They don't. I assume you were blinded by a survivor with Residual Manifest. This applies blindness to the killer and because the "All Seeing" - Spirit addon is based on aura vision, it doesn't work either.
I honestly think that's fair. Some perks will always be more effective against some killers than others and because this isn't a hard counter to the killer's power but only to an addon, I have absolutely no issue with it.

Residual Manifest has a pretty low pick rate (0.72% according to Nightlight) and the "All Seeing" - Spirit addon is an iridescent. So it makes sense that this happens very rarely as both of them would need to be in one match, without Lightborn and that survivor would need to blind the Wraith with gens remaining. That's a lot of conditions that need to be met.

Well then, residual manifest totally destroyed my game. Haha. I don't play survivor so I don't know the perks.
