Extreme rubberbanding and stuttering issues after 7.7.0

Description of issue: While playing killer or survivior, the game gets extreme rubberbanding and stuttering issues when moving around. This has been reported on Reddit multiple times already.
Also, I have the issue that while carrying a survivor and then hitting my weapon, the head of the survivor gets in the way. See my video attached:

I thought it was just me having the rubber banding issues, its made the game essentially impossible to play rn.
