Can’t Get Ohmwrecker Huntress Mask?

I own every cosmetic for the Huntress after buying the Were Elk skin immediately but I noticed that the Ohmwrecker mask is in the catalogue. It says it’s apart of chapter bundles but none of the bundle have it! I don’t see a Lullaby for the Dark bundle either. That’s the last thing I need to own every cosmetic for her, so how do I get it?

Do you own the charity case bundle from steam? I think it's included there
