Why dont doctor players use iron maiden much?
As above

It's kind of gimmicky and most players will just stop getting in lockers after one person gets hit by it. It can get players to not hide in lockers, but Doctor's info becomes less needed as players get more experienced. A Doctor in higher MMR tiers is probably using that perk slot for something else.

Because it's gimmicky and unreliable. It's a waste of perk slot 95% of the time.

Why would i want to use this ?
Most of the time, people dont even bother to hide in lockers
And i'm busy running distressing, unnerving presence, merciless storm, lullaby; dont have room left

Because its pointless waste of perk slot.
You see, statis blast takes short time to charge and unless someone is allready in locker or right next to it (within 4m max) they will scream anyway.

Because anyone who'd bother doing that has calm spirit equipped

I think you just wouldn't get much value. A lot of survivors don't dodge the blast by getting into lockers in the first place, and the ones that do would find out you have Iron Maiden pretty fast, and would know to play around it. And if your plan is to discourage survivors from getting into lockers to avoid the blast, then as killer you have no way of knowing if it actually works or if they weren't going to do it in the first place.
I used to run Iron Maiden on Hillbilly and Leatherface for a while, since people semi regularly jump into lockers to dodge the chainsaw, but there's usually just better perks you can more reliably get value from.

Because it's not pain res, pop, merciless, Deadlock, Corrupt, lethal, surge, Stbfl, BBQ, Grim Embrace, dead man's switch and the likes.
(Im also sick of this boring meta...)

The benefit (stopping survivors without calm spirit from countering static blast) is not worth the perk slot and the exposed is hard to follow up on with default movement speed would be my guess. Certainly not the worst pick ever and there are reasons to run it but it's pretty far down the priority list for most people I'd say.

I actually thought about running Iron Maiden the other day however I rarely ever see survivors jump in lockers to dodge blast, most of the time they just tank it. And considering I don't really have any reason to look in lockers unless I know for a fact a survivor is in one, the reduced search speed doesn't do much for me either.

Bc Merciless Storm is so good for him that he has effectively 1 less perk slot.

Because even if someone is going in lockers it doesn't hurt him very much. He already gets good info from the people that didn't get in a locker, and if he's using restraint he can basically know where everyone is all the time.

Because I don't have infinite perk slots and there are about 50 non meta perks I'd run over a perk that does pretty much nothing.
Survivors don't go into lockers against Doctor anyway. And if they do, then you're not around to get use of the exposed effect. I'd rather use Zanshin Tactics, Brutal Strength, Knockout, Sloppy, Distressing, Coulrophobia, Huntress Lullaby, Infectious Fright, Coup de Grâce, Batteries Included, Agitation, Nurse's Calling (especially on The Game or Midwich), Cruel Limits, Eruption or Franklin's Demise. Perks that actually do something on him.

Why should people use Iron Maiden on Doctor OP?
Because without providing a reason on why Doctor should use it, many players including myself just see it as a waste of a perk slot.
