SoloQ Survivors - Build Your Teammates Build

I'm curious what fellow SoloQ players would like to see on their teammates.

To keep this exercise simple, no items will be brought into the trial.

With that said, what 4 perks are you bringing and what would you want on your teammates for the best odds of a team escape or at least an escape for as many possible?

Decisive, Dead Hard or any Exhaustion Perk which gives distance, Plot Twist/Unbreakable, Kindred/Bond.

Self Care, Urban evasion, Distortion and Pebble.

In all honestly, as long as they don’t equip that basement killer perk that leaves them broken and wastes time, I don’t really care what people run as long as they try to play competently and not just hide behind a rock and let people die.

Kindred, Deja Vu or Resilience, We'll Make It and a decent exhaustion perk or Windows of Opportunity (their choice).

It would be pretty tough to go up against 4 Survivors running those perks, I think.

I like this exercise. Might make 4 bots in customs and try to play killer against them.

My current build is; Kindred, Resilience, We'll Make It, and Distortion. I feel Distortion is a must right now with all my Killers running aura reading perks. Distortion is so important and I'm usually the only one in my queues using it.

So, when I lose a token at the start, I know it's Lethal Presuer and It's just going to be me unhooking everyone and hopefully I'll somehow find Hatch.

    I bring:
    - kindred: so my teammates know in which direction the killer is going after hooking
-leader: so that i get healed faster after being injured or unhooked and help open the gates faster
    - we will make it: so if i have to unhook i heal faster
-dejavuh: for gen efficiency and avoid 3 gens situation

Interesting question. The main thing is what build am I running? Like if I'm running We'll Make It I don't want anyone else to run that perk as I want to get the unhooks. If I have kindred, I don't need the others to run it.

So if hypothetically I could build myself and others:

I run - We'll Make It, Deja Vu, Deliverance, Distortion

I focus on gens and getting unhooks

    The other three survivors run:

    Their exhaustion perk of choice

    Their anti-tunnel of choice

-1 of them runs Circle of Healing + Exponential

-1 of them runs Prove and leader

-1 of them runs windows and let's say wiretap for more info

Considered one of them running BU+FTP, but not sure it buys enough time.

If we were running items then we would have gone heavy gen rush with steetwise and built to last. Also considered having just everyone run Deja Vu, but that leads to clustering too early.

Ooh I love stuff like this. I've always wondered what people would like to see in a teammate's build.

Personally, if every single one of my teammates ran something like this I'd love solo queue so much more:

Slot 1: Anti-tunnel, camp, or slug perk (OTR, DS, BT, Reassurance, Kinship, Unbreakable, Exponential, Second Wind, etc)

Slot 2: Chase perk (Windows, exhaustion perk, resilience, troubleshooter, etc)

Slot 3: Information perk (Deja Vu, Kindred, Bond, Empathy, Empathic Connection, Aftercare, Lucky Star, etc)

Slot 4: Flex perk (anything really)

If I could consistently count on my teammates being relatively informed, doing OK in chase, and having counters to popular unfun tactics like slugging, camping, and tunneling, then I think matches would be improved overall. Maybe I would suggest a healing perk in slot 4, but I think base healing is fine when you get good teammates in solo.

Bond, Adrenaline and, Deja Vu and Resilience

If solos ran Bond instead of Self Care, we'd have reached world peace years ago

Bond is great with Open-Handed and Kindred. I run that with Prove Thyself once in a while.

On one of my last matches before they removed Hawkins, I tried Bond, windows and Kindred with open handed and I felt like I was omnipotent, I could see everything!

rhank goodness that Ultimate Weapon is on the decline

It's not on the Decline in my matches. One of the reasons I'm not running the build I told you about is because I'm getting Killers using 3 to 4 aura reading perks. Distortion is required as far as I'm concerned.
