Another newsletter BP promise that doesn’t work? Devs?

Another tweet promising BP for signing up for the newsletter but myself and many others have signed up and never once received any of these promised BP codes. I’ve checked spam folders, I’ve even signed up on different email accounts and not only have I never gotten one newsletter, I’ve never even gotten an email confirming that I’m successfully subscribed to the newsletter. Apparently I’m not the only one:

These are just a few examples after scrolling the replies of the most current tweet. I’m sure there are many more. Are the devs gonna check to make sure newsletters are properly going out at any point?

    Can confirm I have never ever gotten a newsletter bp code as well, which is why I signed up.

    It took like a year between me signing up for the newsletter to actually getting my first one. I just suddenly got one and since then I've been getting them

    Mine was at the bottom of the anniversary newsletter I thought it would be a separate email so I was confused as well

    It never worked for me to release the Newsletter. And I have given up on it, no point in putting my Email in that all the time.

    I think some people don't realize the code is way at the bottom and not super obvious. I get DBD emails and for longest time I never realized they came with a code because I always skim it.

    When was it sent out? The last email I got was "Today’s the big day: our 8th Anniversary stream" on the 14th and at the bottom all it says is on the 16th an email will be sent out with the code

    My saddest memory of this is signing up last October(?) and not getting the charm that I was promised. :(
