Do you think light burning should be brought back to DBD?
Do you think light burning should be brought back to the game, if you did not play during the time of Light burning you could remove the hags traps, artists crows, stun the wraith while cloaked, and stun a nurse charging a blink with a flashlight.

Hag and Wraith no, Nurse and Artist yes.

I voted no, I don’t think killer counterplay should be balanced around items that may or may not even be present in a match.
Nurse is a bit too powerful regardless of whether she has lightburn or not, Hag got a compensatory nerf for lightburn’s removal (a change which imo needed to happen anyways to give her better counterplay), and the other killers have adequate counterplay without it.

They left in the interaction with flashlights and nemesis' zombies intentionally even though they claimed they wanted items to not affect killer powers. They were not consistent in their implementation of those flashlight changes. Honestly the flashlight interactions should have been addressed on a case by case basis. Some of them were fine and others were not.

Personally, I thought it was an interesting element, so I wouldn't mind bringing it back. However, as others have said, it would be undesirable for the counter to the killer's ability to depend on items.

Lightborn mechanics felt bad for every character except nurse killers shouldn't be balanced by rng of survs bringing a flashlight

Absolutely no, maybe only for Nurse, because it takes a lot of skill and was her only actual counterplay. For other killers – not even a question, of course no. "Click with flashlight into killer's power to completely deny it" was stupid af. Playing Artist and Wraith was just a torture.

No for all, but I think it would be great if Nurse had a counterplay item spawn like Singularity that has similar functionality to the old lightburn.
