What are the best addons for learning every killers basekit?
hello so I’m making this discussion to ask a question which is regarding what are the best addons to use for each killer if you wanna learn their base kit?

To be honest, None at all
You don't want to get in the habit of being add on dependant it's better to learn the raw base kit of the killer so you understand more about what they can do just standard , also it will help you understand what effects the add ons will have based off of how you play the game as a killer and will have more knowledge on how to properly combo them.

that’s a good point

Why do you want to use Add-ons if you want to learn their basekit? That's my question.

In my opinion it's the ones that reduce the penalty for missing special attacks if applicable. This makes the killer more forgiving, encouraging you to try and use their power more, allowing you to gain experience.
I'm not really sure for other killers.4 -
I’ve seen a few videos on YT about a few killers and several addons to use if you wanna learn their basekit and I was just curious if other killers had similar addons that’s all

Doctor has the maple addon that let you see the circle of his static blast . I know the nurse has the plaid flannel that let you see the target area of blinks.

I don't get the question...
If you want to learn the killers basekit, then play without addons.
Helped me a lot to get a good understanding throughout the years.

anything that reduces the cooldown of missed attacks or reloading time

This is so very true. I have over 200 severed tongues I don't want to use because I'm afraid I won't want to take them off

The Plaid Flannel is a nice training wheels add-on. The problem is taking it off.

For Legion, I would say Scratched Ruler (for getting you power back in 15 seconds rather than 20) and Julie's Mixtape (refills your power gauge after a stun while in frenzy) would be a good learning combo.
If you also pair Julie's with Enduring, you can quickly recover from the stun and vault after them to continue the chase (Julie's + Enduring is almost always in my builds). The point being to bait your target into pallet stunning you when you're about to lose your power. Lots of Survivors won't be able to resist the temptation, but don't expect this to work against smarter and more confident loopers who know how to greed pallets at loops.
Anyway, these two add-ons should give you the most opportunities to use you power in a trial without affecting their base mechanics at all (like some of their better add-ons do e.g. Mischief List, Mural Sketch and Friendship Bracelet).

I think these add-ons are great for people who aren't invested in learning the killer, and are just looking for a less punishing game while doing an archive or daily.
For people trying to learn the killer, I would definitely not recommend them, as once you take them off, you'll have to retrain your muscle memory to playing without those addons.0
