I remember when Tru3 had his viewers up in arms over Blood Rush of all perks. I love watching content creators stream but I definitely take alot of what they say with a healthy dose of skeptism lol most of the time I'm pretty sure they do it just to make a clickbait video

Blood Rush's effect isnt bad, the issue is the requirements to proc its effect.
Part of me wishes that it got the Plot Twist treatment where it can be used anytime but has a limited amount of uses based on the game state, or maybe making the requirements easier to proc since the healthy requirement does literally nothing if you are actually being tunneled off the hook.

I'd say perk probably need a bit of buff. Maybe lower duration on action speed penalty to 15 seconds and 5→4 skill checks like PTB.
Another perk that was nerfed before release was Parental Guidance. The duration in the PTB was 10 seconds and it got nerfed to 5/6/7 seconds because somehow this perk was going to be game-breaking. Stun a killer to lose scratch marks for few seconds.

Yeah Parental Guidance is definitely a bit underwhelming at 7 seconds. It’s not bad, but it could be better without being too strong

Scavenger barely save u anything on the gen. Even with the best toolbox addons combination. 30 seconds of -50% repair speed was overkill. It no reason to run it even in the best case scenario over built. This perk falls underneath the potential energy category as it could be detrimental to even use

not true with hyperfocus scavanger is the most broken perk in the game i know because i use it it can save you depending on skill check rng betweens 20 to 45 sec on gen time per gen if you're a god at hitting the great skillchecks on top of it scascavenger also have to side uses of geting sabotage box being a permenent treath in the game till the game are powered scavanger has the most crazy upsides in the game but it has a high skillcap to use it properly most ppl don't know how to use it same with hyperfocus lol
