Kill Switch update: We have temporarily Kill Switched the Forgotten Ruins Map due to an issue that causes players to become stuck in place. The Map will remain out of rotation until this is resolved.

OK so Vecna is a Lich which means he can animate and control the dead....so

Why couldnt he perhaps animate and control the survivors he has already killed perhaps as a way to move around on the map without a TR. I know I know a full team on comms would destroy this idea

Probably the same reason as to why survivors killed by Nemesis by bleedout don't rise as zombies. Performance issues. Second comes the ''balance'' issues.

Has BHVR made an ability for killers that can only be used after a survivor has been killed? I don't think so.

If the ability is too strong, players will tunnel someone as fast as possible to achieve it. Granted, they already do this, but they don't need more incentive too.

If the ability is okay or weak, sure. It's a small thing on a killer with a lot of quirks, but I feel like it isn't a big deal that it's absent. Vecna does already animate the dead with Flight of the Damned and his mori. I know a lot of people wanted him to do more Lich stuff, but I'm glad they gave him a more diverse spellpool. He already has his signature Lich spell, so it's cool imo

I guess what i am discribing is more or less possesion I just sorta feel like it would be in Vecnas toolkit maybe I am wrong but he for sure doesnt feel very lich like atm. That is probably because they dont want him to mimic too much onto Nemesis I am guessing
