    If you've not received it yet, and you are sure you signed up for the newsletter (and signed up with all the right boxes checked prior to the requested date), you will need to contact our Support Team who will check your eligibility, and be able to grant the item. Please be patient, as it is the weekend, as they are helping others with this issue as well, but they will respond back as soon as they can!
