Can we get an official stance on whether the BP Farm Servers are against ToS?
What I would like to know?
1) Is it against ToS?
2) If so, Are you planning on doing anything about it?
3) If not or unable to, will you consider bringing back the BP incentive on WGLF / BBQ? As the BP economy argument is redundant.
Edit For those that don't know what I'm referring to:
There's a server that by turning off crossplay and going somewhere specific server wise, they have a specific set of rules to max BP categories ASAP and each person leaves every game with 500k BP. If you don't follow the farm rules, you get slugged and bled out.

Whats a farm server?

Why is that important? It is just Bloodpoints, after all. The people dont get any competitive advantage and they hurt nobody.

If you stumble into their games you get slugged and bled out if you don't bring the correct things. Also, read question 3 in my post.

That sounds epic and don't see how it would be against TOS it's not using game altering code or program.

'Teaming with the opposite side to gain an advantage'
Would probably fall under that clause considering they slug and bleed people out if they don't play along. Plus this is a question for an official stance on it. Really wish people would read posts fully.2 -
You should not stumble into their games from what I have understood of this.
And question 3 is meh. There should be no BP-incentives which are that high tied to Perks, because this would just lead to people thinking they need to run those Perks.

Farming isn't bannable so this is almost certainly fine.
The only way this would be bannable is if you did somehow get into their game and they bled you out. Being targeted for not farming is a bannable thing.
I doubt a Mod will go any deeper then that if they do give a response. They tend to leave things in the gray area for the most part to keep people from riding the line.

You do those games with 4 man swf and your killer on discord aswell… who is gonna do the reports?

Can't find the video you are talking about, could you give a link?

(edit cause smh the wrong link got in)

Thanks. So I guess you have to use a VPN for this if you are not in East Asia?

You post on a public forum and don't expect the public to comment? Put a support ticket in if you wanted a awnser from support?

I did stumble into their games, because all I did was have to turn crossplay off as i'm in OCE and it sent me there. So you can 100% just stumble into them.
So yes it needs to be addressed.3 -
It hurts nobody? I want to play the game how it is meant to, i dont want to farm.
But if i dont join, they will just slug us and let us bleed out.
How could we possibly dare to want to play the game the intended way.

It'd be cool if there was a modifier/mode for the farming games. The game would only end when all the gens are done, and then all Survivors get sacrificed. Everyone wins. XD

So turn on crossplay? That should it fix it, right?

I play with crossplay but there are still alot of people who play with it off for different reasons so lets not try to defend it.

I am too lazy for VPN, but I am otherwise type of person, who would definitely join this...
There is never enough BP.

Or better yet: if there was no grind requirement whatsoever. Like, removing all offerings, addons and items, since they are outdated gameplay anyway, and unlock all perks instantly with unlocking a character. Then there would be no point in bloodpoints and nobody will farm them anymore.

They meet in groups of 5, so you should not end up in their Lobby. And when they are five people who all agreed on this, there is no harm done to any other players.
6 -
At that point, there'd be no point in playing the game either…
5 -
If the only point playing for you is to farm bloodpoints, it means you don't actually like playing the game.

The thing is more that many players need something to work towards to, to stay motivated.
I gotike 6k hours in this game but i would have never played that much if we had everything instantly unlocked with basically no progression or whatever.
3 -
Not neccesary, they also do ,,random“ meetups as well so it is possible to stumple into it even if its rare.

Ngl, this looks so boring lol the only issue I can see is the people who accidentally stumble into this and get bled out just because they weren't aware. That would suck.

It's probably technically against the rules, simply because you're not engaging in normal gameplay, and have gotta be working with the other side which is a strict no-no.
However, since you're incredibly unlikely to stumble across it accidentally, it's not -that- big of a deal, but will probably eventually be dealt with by BHVR.
2 -
Well considering being slugged and bled out isn't against the rules. It's also not against the rules to not help a dying player

Of course I like playing the game, otherwise I wouldn't play it.
I've been on a grind to get all Survivors to P9 for the past two years, and I'm finally seeing a (temporary) light at the end of the tunnel. I'm proud of how far I've come on that goal, through all the ups and downs of the matches themselves.
If all characters were P100 from the get-go, there'd be nothing to work towards, and that just makes the game feel stale. I probably would have quit after a long string of bad matches, but the Prestige grind keeps me going.

Is it Against ToS? As someone already stated, we queue as 5 people and are not bothering anyone, rendering your point of 'Teaming with the opposite side to gain an advantage' wrong as what exactly is the advantage we're gaining other than earning more bloodpoints compared to a regular game? If that's the case then surely anyone who queues into a regular game with the idea of earning as many bloodpoints as possible in mind should be banned?
