Cant match make on console?

I play on ps4 i went to go play a match and it keeps saying that it disbanded the lobby becasue of a unexpected situation one time it said the dedicated server isn't responding dunno if just me or not tryed on both killer and survivor

    The team is currently investigating the issue. This is not a bug, however, so I'll close this. We will update as soon as we have more information.
