Instead of Windows I personally would use a healing perk, if you want to bring a medkit then windows or Dance With Me will work.

Finesse only working while healthy means I'd rather use a different perk to heal myself - Strength in Shadows springs to mind - and then I'd replace Lithe with Iron Will to make it easier. Take advantage of Windows and Finesse to make strong loops stronger and chain into weaker tiles, which should be easier with 20% increased vault speed over the weaker ones. I just don't like Lithe much, though, which is probably why.

4 perks just to vault a little bit faster once in a while (while still being hit from a mile away, of course), that is one strong perk combo.

Looks like a good combo. It will definitely prevent you from being tunneled. (Laughs in hopes that many adopt the build)

Anti-tunnel perks > Chase perks. Anti-tunneling perks can extend your chase quite a bit compared to a faster window vault.

You could get strong value out of Finesse + Resilience if you're super cracked and can run tiles precisely. But in that case you should probably be running another utility perk instead of Windows, which is good, and provides information on variable tiles, but as a perk it's more training wheels than big league. I also don't think Lithe is necessarily the play here, because if you're a super tight looper you want to milk the hell out of tiles instead of immediately running to the next one, and Lithe has a skill downside of not being able to save it for when it's necessary.

Slightly faster vault speed isn't that good if you're an imprecise looper.

A bit overkill I'd think. Finesse and Resilience also don't really have synergy. For Finesse you have to be healthy and Resi requires you to be injured.

I'd take off the training wheels (Windows) and put on an impact perk like DS or OTR. If you're playing solo maybe a way to find teammates like Kindred or Bond so you can get heals and you could mess with Finesse + Overcome so you're very strong when healthy. In a SWF Unbreakable or Reassurance will clutch that game where you need to clutch (Instead of Kindred/Bond).

I think I'd be more interested in Finesse + Dance With Me + Quick & Quiet + Lithe.

Just hop a window and vamoose.

Feel like Cut Loose maybe solid with this actually... your vault speed is fast enough that its actually feasible to get a double vault off before the killer notices...

As suggested in an earlier post taking lithe out and replacing it could create a better build. A decent replacement could be balanced landing for those out the second store windows escapes.
