Still can't purchase auric cells...
It's been 24 hours, I've been able to play games just fine and even tried the beta but came back to the normal game and still I can't purchase auric cells....
This really sucks this sale is going to be over soon and I'm not going to be able to buy anything.
And if this still doesn't work a month from now I won't be able to buy the next rift.
And the weird thing is it seems like it's only happening to me, I haven't heard one other person talk about it.

Have you opened a support ticket? Unfortunately, they can take a few days to respond, but maybe since yours is about wanting to give them money and not being able to they'll be faster about it.

Yeah, it's kind of hidden, but I've opened a lot of tickets with them so I have the URL handy lol
The option to submit a request is buried on the page; it's the button just below the large "Can't find what you're looking for?" text.

Maybe try using a different payment method than the one you have linked up? Or depending on what platform you're using, maybe try buying through the store? For example, if you're on the playstation you can buy the packs in the PS store (screenshot from app)

Unfortunately I'm on steam and it doesn't pop up in the store :/
But the weird thing is that it won't go to the payment part like the game freezes after I click the auric cells pack, it never takes me to a different screen.

When did you last try? I’ve had the same issue for the last 2 days. When I tried to purchase the page would just get stuck and then I would get a message that the transaction could not be complete and to try later. I would try again and get a message saying that I already have a purchase in process and would need to wait. I was trying multiple times over the last two days. Tried again this morning and it worked! No idea what the issue was.

Mine also started two days ago and still doesn't work but I got into touch with support and hopefully they can figure out what's wrong in time. 😂
