I think this (and other situations such as kind of boon by colour etc) can be remedied by some kind of indicator in the hud. In your case, perhaps the game could provide a quick flash of a challenge for other. I’d imagine in soloQ people mean well but would be oblivious to others’ motivations and objectives.

I've been playing Plague to hit 500 cakes on her and the number of people I've seen healed up while infected lately has been staggering. The solo q in me dies a little every time I see it.

Yea, this. What's the problem here?

Simple. I and another survivor are injured. Often times we only have seconds to either stay and heal or mess around before the killer shows up. Picture me pointing to the uninjured survivor to heal the other injured survivor, but they insist on healing me instead. S few attempts this just made it a lot more difficult.

Every time I have perks that benefit me for healing other survivors, everyone insists on healing me first. Unless I'm running Lucky Break, then I want to be healed first so I can recharge it after, but then they refuse.

I really wish that perks like Botany, Solidarity, Desperate Measures, and Autodidact showed their icon the same way We'll Make It does. I've had people insist on healing me first with no perks or medkit when I'm running a healing build powered by jet fuel and supernovas and it's stronger the more of us are injured… but they really want me to live, dammit. Or do a challenge. Probably a challenge.
