biggest advice i can give is dont panic, if your chasing a survivors and your unsure if you cant hit them with one blink, just wait until the next one recharges
-blinking down reduces distance traveled
-many survivors will run into you once you blink, make sure not to overcharge blinks
-using more than 1 blink and swinging during blink window will increase fatigue duration, be wary of this
As for addons, i recommend using both fragile wheeze and heavy panting; which shows you the blinks length and reduced fatigue. Dont become to reliant on these and move on to more stronger ones, like Spencers last breath.
As for perks, Any perk build is strong with nurse, i use jolt, sloppy, pain resonance and iron maiden (incase they hop in lockers to avoid me) Nurse can be good with anything!1 -
As a former nurse main I'll chime in, For starters you should practice controlling the blink in a custom match with no add ons to get used to her base kit and do something small like blinking to every corner of shack or at the diagnoal point of every car loop just to guage the distance you gain from blinks, One of the most important things as nurse is being able to identify what type of runner you're facing and what I mean is are they a double backer? A full sender? Some survivors will always double back on you and the best play when you notice that is to always blink to the last place you saw them when they break around a corner or wall etc.. a full sender will break LOS and try to W key as far as they can to force you into a guessing game and once you realize that predicting where they're trying to go becomes easier , the real danger comes when you're first starting out and you face a survivor who can mix it up well and it's in those games you'll fine tune your skill, you'll get bullied at first but if you tough it out you'll be ending matches in a couple minutes before you know it

I would say be patient with her blink, don't just spam it mindlessly.
Sometimes you can just follow survivors slowly, and they'll make mistake themselves when they're trying hard to break your line of sight. Only start blinking once you have clear sight of them.

surge doesn't work on nurse attacks… same for sloppy. definitely do not use basic attack perks on nurse.

As a former nurse well kinda current every once in awhile, play her base kit with on add-ons for at least a few prestiges constant against actual survivors your gonna get your teeth kicked in for a bit but you'll arrive at the end of the tunnel shining.
Use customs to learn blink distances through objects like hay bales, cars trucks, jungle gyms etc not survivor movement or game sense.
Never use two blinks unless your sure your gonna land an attack. You can use both to traverse the map but in chase use them conservativetly, use your first blink as a chase blink ie: blinking to the last spot that you've seen whoever you were chasing. This is important because as survivors run a loop when they turn a corner most will double back predicting your gonna blink directly on them and it'll land you a hit.
Practice practice practice pallet distance blinks for whatever reason people still like to camp and use pallets which is a terrible idea.
Learn shotgun blinks which are short blinks that I use for the survivors that like to run into you as your blinking.
You can also use door frames to prevent accidentally blinking on to a lower or higher floor on maps like midwhich and the game.
You cannot blink through edge map corners ever on any map with them period ever.
You will accidentally blink into the basement just take that walk of shame up the steps and move on.
Be patient and work on improving your blinks as you perfect your blinks you will inevitably get more and more comfortable and losing won't happen as often if ever.
Lastly when you're learning blink distances I used a time method of 6 seconds no Mississippi to make determining distances easier.
As far as perks anything really nurse is a killer that you can really have fun with because she's well op . Addons heavy panting is nice, wooden horse is meh, catatonic is decent, and fragile is nice, bad mans is good for stealth. The rest are kind of memey. Hope this helps bro and good luck out there, people hate nurse so be ready for some crazy chat messages.
