I have an Xbox Dbd and windows Dbd will I get all items from both with cross progression

So with the new announcement of Cross Progression I just wanted to know what will happen to my other accounts when they merge, I mostly play on the Xbox Windows version of Dead by Daylight but I used to play on the console version and bought stuff on there before I switched to PC. I have way more cosmetics, killers/survivors, progress, and dlc on the Windows version so I'm afraid that my console version which has almost nothing will overwrite my pc version, also will my achievements transfer to Steam if I decide to get the steam version of DbD. What will happen if I have copies of the same cosmetics?

    I think they all combine and if you have two copies of a cosmetic, nothing happens. Becomes 1.
