Twitch Drops
Hello, I didn't receive the Jonah Vasquez skin drops. Everything is linked and claimed.
I received this answer:
"That being said, upon further inspection, we can see that the items were added to your account's inventory successfully. It might not appear right away and sometimes requires that you login again to the game to see rewards. If you still aren't able to visualize the items on your account, feel free to contact us again, we'll be more than happy to help."
I still can't view the items in my account.
Everything is linked and claimed.

Try restarting the game, if it still doesn't work contact support.

In my experience, they may take up to two days to appear. Also be sure to check whether they haven’t already appeared in your inventory (ie., check Jonah’s cosmetics). It may have appeared there without a notification.

I had this issue where I was claiming stuff but it wasn't showing up in game. I had my Behaviour account all linked up to my game and Twitch accounts.
What fixed it for me was I logged into my Behaviour account, go to game library, click on Discover More on Dbd, go to manage drops, scroll down and make sure everything is linked like sign into Twitch and your game account.

Does it show as "claimed" in your BHVR account or just on your Twitch account? It should look like below in your BHVR account. If it says In Progress instead of Claimed, then scroll further down the page and make sure all the necessary accounts are linked
