Is it just me or does singularity feel weaker than before this patch?

in a way he got weaker because he no longer has 5% haste and overclock scaling.
his basekit got stronger overall, but he became less consistent in terms of getting hits, as overclock runs out fast & you have to make survivor get out of safe position to hit them with overclock.
it's not a big deal, but it's something you need to consider now, you cannot just m2 m1 people like you used before, unless they're really not very smart.

I never played the soma family photo, but man does his ability run out fast. I wish they didn‘t get rid of his overcloak scaling.

Generally speaking I'd say no, but the Overclock scaling being removed is a bit of a downside to all the good changes that were made. On top of that, some of the changed addons are really nice, like new Diagnostic Tool (Repair), which is literally just a common but it gives you an extra 4m of scanning range (maybe I got the idea to run it from Cocolatte but I can see why he said it was crazy good). Additionally, some of the old big-timers like Kid's Ball Glove and Soma Family Photo, while being different, are still good.
I guess what I'm trying to say is, it depends lol.

I can't say too much about his strength but he feels a bit nicer on console from the couple matches I played.
Could be placebo as well as I didn't really play him all that much before.

i think it's fine they got rid of it bc now he has more interactive counterplay than predropping in any scenario

he feels much better to play he feels smoother and not like I have to have a phd in quantum physics to just play the killer (I do play on console so the changes made it play 100x better)

he is definitely weaker. less duration and 2% less speed is more significant than anything else he received. I remark this immediately in the PTB.
in my experience, i haven't been able to use his window vaulting boost. ability runs out too quickly.

you get to use it pretty often if you tp to a person who's already in a tile and cant w key away

yeah but you don't hit them. your too slow and too far away. another slugging killer nerf.

It‘s not even the speed for me, but my power always runs out right before the pallet hits me.

what i did is just put coup the grace on him. the perk allows me to lunge into pallets properly and makes overclock work properly. still, a killer power that is useless a tiles if survivor plays correctly is sad. I also suggest putting rapid brutality on him and hope survivor doesn't understand how to break LOS/use sprint burst to instant drop pallets.

it's meant to be this way if they w key perfectly away from you losing very little little distance.
that's intentional, that's how singularity has counterplay to his power.
you still can play around it if you teleport to survivor and make them lose that initial distance advantage.
