Are characters that are bought with Auric Cells not transferable for cross progression?

I bought Jill, Leon, and Nemesis with cells a while back on Xbox and when I synced my account for cross progression to Steam they were the only characters that I was missing. I can still see their prestige levels but the only way for me to access them was to spend the cells (again) or buy the DLC. I have been sending a request to the BHVR support team since Monday to get this problem resolved but they haven't responded. Is it possible for me to get my characters back or am I going to have to spend the money again?

    If your Console was Xbox, then all of this should be shared. Hopefully the Support Team respond to you soon.

    I'm in a similar boat coming from ps5. I purchased the majority of the chapters off the ps store, and any chapter I bought without aurics or iris is unavailable to me on steam. It is spotty as hell, that is certain. I'm guessing their support staff is overwhelmed, but it is sad because many of us console gamers are looking forward to having a lot of the more aiming based killers be able to be played to their fullest for the first time.
