What old realm needs new maps in your opinion?

Some old realms just have 1 or 2 maps but bhvr is going back and giving them new maps (however these realms are newer). So what realms need new maps. Mine are

  • Ormond
  • Dead dawg
  • Yamaoko estate

I'd really like if swamp came out with new maps, there's about two different ones that are unreleased that I'd like to see but I can't remember the name of.

Yeah there's a village version of the Swamp, never completed & put out. As I love the Swamps maps I'd like to see it finished and added in.

Léry’s is the oldest original realm with just 1 map. There’s potential, but it would need a lot of new assets for it not to feel like a copy of Treatment Theatre.

Swamp has a lot of unused assets I’d like to see one day.

As for Glenvale, I’d love to see Hellshire Penitentiary.

Lerys and Ormond for me. I'd also Love to see Raccoon City outdoor map (the realm is not that old tho)

I was thinking a new map for Lery's as well. Maybe an asylum, a version of the treatment theatre before it became the black site, or even that remote testing site the doctor went to? I love the aesthetic of Lery's, so getting a new map in the realm would be sick!

pretty much every realm with only 1-2 maps. Even the licensed ones should get new additions further down the line… (still hoping for Starcourt Mall from Stranger Things and Raccoon City Streets from RE3R)

For swamp rework I really hope we get those not-finished ones with the reworks.

Ormond already had some tiles that I was surprised didn’t even make a return with the new variations..

Swamp needs a version where the boat is floating on water and characters get a new swim animation when they’re in the water. It also needs to be covers in bushes. Another version should have a deep pond with a diving board that has a special diving animation and all characters get new swimming cosmetics in celebration of the maps release. Trapper gets his diamond thong from Hooked on You with an updated character model that has the musculature in that game.

Depending on what you consider 'old', Eyrie of Crows.

It's one of the few reliable survivor sided maps left (besides Springwood), and could do with another variation that tends towards killer sided.

Perhaps a Mausoleum style map with more indoor space and a smaller overall footprint.

Cornwind should have a chance to spawn with the old ugly lighting.

The Swamp village map would be a great thing to see, providing it's done right.

The Eyrie Of Crows map could have alternative, art-influenced maps from killers with savant, artistic strengths, with the maps moulded in their image. There are some fun possibilities available.

Finally - and this might be less likely due to it being licensed - but I'd love another Silent Hill map. Lakeview Hotel would be great, as well as Ashfield Heights (If they ever make a second chapter based on Silent Hill 4: The Room).

Ormond has 1 map that is in the files where the main building is a watchtower and the map is a u

Ormond and Yamaoka just got new "maps" and especially for Ormond (I hate that map with a passion) that's plenty.

I'd like to see more maps for Glenvale, it's one of the most atmospheric realms.

Its not new maps its just variants to make the map feel different

Does Silent Hill count as old? I'd really love to see another map in that realm.

Partly because I hate Midwich and partly because Silent Hill is a really cool setting that they could draw more from.

more than new maps, there are some maps that need a complete rework… my choice fall on the swamp maps since they are awfully bad

Literally why I put "maps" in quotes.

I should post this to r/woosh.

Ormond could use a map which isn't... flat, since it's suppose to be an old ski station. It would be nice to have different elevation. With a lot of fog, kinda like when a cloud is passing by.

Swamp is also a good contender with unused maps and unused assets (bloodthree or something like that if I remember correctly). Considering they take a lot of time to rework it, I wouldn't be surprise if we get more than a visual update of that realm.

Raccoon city would also being unique, but it might need a third RE chapter for that to happen.

Lerys, Haddonfield and Ormond for me.

And it should be REAL new Maps and not just assets shifted around. IMO what they did with MacMillan and later with Ormond and Yamaoka is not really good. The maps look chaotic, they look bad and the gameplay is also not good. Just moving around assets is not really a good thing and it comes across kinda lazy (at least for me).

I would rather hope they put time into expanding older realms with actual new Maps. Like, I am very sure there is more to Ormond that can be done than just move around the Main Building, Shack and Tiles and call it a day.
