DBD crossplay (xbox to ps4) broken.
howdy. ive been playing dbd since about 2020. i had an account with a ton of stuff on it, and all the dlc except the d&d and lara croft one, and i synced my xbox and ps4 accounts, as my xbox is currently broken and i will be unable to afford one for the foreseeable future. absolutely none of my progress synced despite getting the all clear from the website. am i doing something wrong? im really frustrated.

I believe to best way to sync up everything for Cross Progression is to run any platform you've played DBD on and then updated to the latest version of the game. That seems to help the most with stuff transferring over smoothly.

Yeah, you need to be able to log in on both devices to synchronize. You need both versions up to date and you will have to log in to both.
