KYF (aka: custom games) allow you all to play with each other.

If all of you are on the same platform (e.g. Steam), and you turn OFF crossplay in the settings, then you'll be in a much smaller pool of players and have decent chances of ending up together.

Yep in custom mode! You can even add bots and free to use full strength perks and items to test even if you don’t have them on your characters :)
If you mean in official ranked games, then you can’t intentionally enable it and would have to rely on chance encounters.
