I’ve seen a lot of negativity recently over this next update and just the game in general, so I’ve decided to hopefully spread some positivity by making this discussion where we theorize about what new killers could be added to 2v8 and how they would integrate killer powers to work with others and the killers own base kit, or how the already added killers could be changed when 2v8 releases again!

Along with what new survivor classes could be added, what abilities they would use and what changes some of the other classes could get!

    I’ve really wondered how doctor would work on maps that are twice as big, consider the fact that his static can’t even hit all of the normal map, how much would they increase it to compensate for that 🤔

    I'd be a lot interested to see Spirit there, possibly.. Doctor, yeah.

    Given Spirit's long cooldown and 110%, she'd definitely struggle there, making her fun to play due to how challenging it would be.
    As for Doctor's terror radius.. It'd need to be tweaked (lowered) or kept the same. There are eight survivors, even if you zap one, you've won the hiding game due to knowing their locations. You don't need to zap them all at once, that'd lead to really unfun experiences.

    Myers and Ghostface don't need to be mentioned. They'd struggle a bit too much, making them not fun to play.

    Clown is interesting, but probably a bit too overpowered unless the duration of the tonics would be lowered or their AoE radius reduced.

    Amanda could make it interesting.. Traps in eight survivors would've made her weak, but it'd be fun. Challenging.

    Bubba is out of the question for obvious reasons..

    Even better:

    Doctors Static Blast hits survivors within the terror radius of either killer.

    2 x 32m radii is the equivalent area as one 46m radius, so it's basically the same as running both Calm addons.

    This serves as your Team Skill and adds a new dynamic to how you interact with your teammate. You ideally want to use Static Blast when you're apart to maximise coverage.

    the other killer would get a blast half the size is what id think

    dredge could make lockers slam open and shut near survs and if a surv is in the locker it wont affect them so the lockers nearby are unnaffected unless they hop out and the nightfall could make the teammate undetectable with the locks still existing and hatchets breaking locks the teleport is what makes the lockers slam for the duration of the teleport and the remnant reveals auras of survs who touch it and maybe around it as well

    Doctor and Pig would be two I'd like to see added into the mix. Doctor could have blast apply to both terror radius if they are certain distance apart and have Iri Queen and King as his base perks. The amount of screaming in those matches could be hilarious and with the amount of pallets in 2v8 for some to be fake could make for some interesting chases. Pig they'd just need to make it so Trapper can't trap her boxes. She'd be OP in matches where people want to boop.

    For survivor I'd like to see a class that has Unbreakable and Tenacity. Unbreakable where it's like the healing one where the player + anyone nearby has Unbreakable and Tenacity for the player running it. This would be good for those matches where killers slug more than instantly cage. Also a stealth class - Distortion for player/nearby survivors that has a cool down and Calm Spirit for the player running it.

    I'm hoping a few more maps are added into the mix. Ormond, Yamoaka, Swamp, and Lery's (for indoor option) would be my top picks. I would like them to add more grass/ground cover for the brighter maps. I hear traps getting disarmed constantly on those maps while the darker maps I see more getting caught in traps.

    Imagine pig with a 100s timer, 8 traps (24 searches), her dash charges very fast, 24m terror radius, difficult box skill checks, no box aura, immediately changing between crouch and uncrouch like ghost face and you can see box auras again. I would love if her traps would be strong in this mode.

    I actually would like to see a class for survivor that can apply debuffs to the killer.

    Think about it, since classes are capped, you could make a VERY strong debuff class that only 2 survivors can run in a match. Nothing major like machine-gun stuns, but maybe ways to apply a slowdown to a killer's movement speed or maybe have Any Means Necessary as part of their kit.
