Wish they reworked the perk to still recharge a certain amount even upon reaching the highest rarity.

Idk. Why should you bring a bad version of an item to the match with this perk, when you can use the strong stuff directly without this Perk and replace it with a stronger one. I'm happy they removed this awkward part but the perk still feels so bad and is difficult to balance/make useful because some killers are easy to stun while others are extremely difficult.

oh it doesn't recharge any more at max rarity? well that sucks but might be for the better, i don't really know.

some killers are impossible to stun, but it is what it is. i'm excited because of its item farming aspect honestly, just sounds like a very fun perk.

They can't have it recharge once it hits max rarity. That would be too broken.
Actually maybe it should only recharge up to three times, with diminishing returns each time, like with Built to Last.0 -

it would be so safe to make items recharge infinitely, if toolboxes weren't a thing. unfortunate.
once? because if it swapped your current add ons that would be so troll. would be nice actually, no iri add ons though.

I meant that if you have no add-on on the item, you get them when pallet stunning.
