It didn't work on the grabs I got, only hits.

I personally haven’t gotten any ticks from hits during vaults, I got one tick for grabbing a David mid pallet slide.

Its grabs, I've been using the achievement tracker on Xbox and it only moves up with grabs.

Conflicting info in here. Some people getting it only with grabs, others just getting it with hits.

I got a couple of hits through vaults and am still sitting at 0/10 progress for this achievment. Havn't gotten any grabs since Dracula dropped.

It's 100% grabs based on the description. I've hit like 20-30 times since it released and only grabbed 1 person vaulting and I have 1 charge of the achievement.

Yeah I just got it by farming it. It would take me forever to get this through normal means because I can count on one hand the number of times I have grabbed survivors in a vaulting position over the last few years.

I am on PS5. I looked for a lobby with some PS players. Messaged one of them and simply asked. They were nice and said sure no problem.
No secrets I just got lucky and found a nice helpful player lol.

It's vault grabs only, which is why unless you're farming it it'll probably be 300 games before you'd get it done due to the grab registration being almost nonexistent.
