They decided to erase it overnight because 1 out of every 100,000 players was using it for a competitive advantage.

EAC update blocks it atm. Dunno if its getting fixed or not but it should be whitelisted as its a supported game for the feature.

Doesnt seem to be filters only. I tried recording a match where i was held hostage as a killer for over 30 minutes and everytime i put my shadowplay on NVIDIA would just close. Guess ill take OBS back to record again :(

Do you actually have evidence for this or did you just pull that number out of thin air?

It's an exaggerated number I think, but the fact is that those of us who use Nvidia Filters or Reshade is for correcting the brightness and increase the sharpness because TAA make this game too blurry. The ones using that for an extreme level of brigthness and saturation for taking advantage are a minotity of tryhards.

An exaggeration with no evidence but it’s more or less common sense. Only 40,000 on steam, 15-20,000 on Epic Games. 650,000 between both consoles. Only 60,000 out of 700,000 have the option for filters. And those extreme color filters are almost exclusively used by comp players because they look absolutely awful, with the whole game being black and white but the red color still existing and being brighter.

Probably more like 1 in 10,000 if we are being honest considering the only players who generally do it are comp players and none of the people I know or who have ever talked to don’t use those extreme color filters.

If you're worried about the game being too dark, just open up Nvidia Control Panel, go to the "desktop color settings"- whatever it's actually called, and increase the gamma. I increase it to 1,35. The game looks just the same as before for me, just remember to set it back after you're done with dbd and viewing/gaming other content.
