Is decisive bugged on xbox?

It’s been two games where I’ve met the requirements and the killer hasn’t been stunned. Is new DS bugged?

I know it’s been changed, but after getting unhooked and picked up within the timeframe and hearing the sound that I hit it, it hasn’t stunned the killer. Was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

I've seen DS used exactly twice since the update, so it has to be working in some capacity. However I've seen more games with obsession where it was never used, but I'm not sure if it was due to a bug or just because the killer didn't tunnel.
Also @Pregum name and Xbox profile pic look familiar but I can't remember him explicitly. I definitely played against him before though. I don't have him blocked so probably not toxic?
