What would happen if the Devs finally fully balance the game?
To give this question more thought, what if the Devs full balance the game, they change, buff, nerf, and or rework every killer to which the majority of players are fine with it, they fully balance every killer, along with every perk to be useful, and at the same time balanced. I don't want answers like "This will never happen" I would rather like ideas to what the game would do in the future.

So majority of players is an impossible standard. Like getting a majority of players to agree to something in a synchronous game is pretty difficult as it is.
It's also not what BHVR overall wants. The game isn't designed to be balanced in two different ways. First: BHVR is fine with the idea that certain killers are good for starting players, but other killers are meant for top level play. Second: they seem to like the idea of an ever evolving meta.
But to your final question: BHVR lays off a lot of their team and we just get cosmetics. It's okay though, because they're now on vacation working on world peace.

answer is: we won't ever see anything near perfect balance because DbD turned into horror Fortnite, meaning cosmetics > > > balance
