What is with the glitches every patch?

Every patch the game is getting worse. Talking about glitches, lag and bugs.
Picking up the survivors from the ground is glitchy. I have to press the same button 2 or 3 times to pick them up.
I play dbd on PS5 and PC, and I experience the same issues on both hardware.

lmao i've spammed the crap out of my left mouse button trying to throw a pallet and i have the best internet possible where i am and connected straight to my router i have amazing internet speed

The glitches are so ridiculous. I keep transporting and end up walking into a wall or something wierd..like this

Lol. Honestly it will be like that forever. If it's not one thing it's usually another. Consider it a "feature" for the time being.
