I don't post a whole lot on here & when I do I try my best not to just add to the constant complaints & whining.

So a mini celebration for myself more than anything! Got all the rewards from the god awful lights out! πŸ₯³

Didn't do all the challenges couldn't put myself through it & have zero intention of bothering with them either. Afrer 6 years I'm in my farewell tour of dbd, this is definitely the last lights out i'll ever do!

Well done to those that got through the event & good luck to anyone else still trying or intending to do so.

Good to see ya, my dear friend! And congrats!

I must say there is absolutely no chance I will finish those challenges. Without Freddy, I have little reason to play Lights Out.

But I did finish all the challenges the first time Lights Out was available, so I guess that counts.

Without fragments to put towards the rift, it's really discouraging to play. The extra blood points don't mean anything, especially for killers.

They fixed that. The challenges and such give Fragments now.

I've just completed the the hole lights out tome and it wasn't really funny. The developers improved the modifier with bigger anti-facecamp-feature, 60 BT, and seeing what teammates do, which is really good but this modifier is still meh. Seeing nothing is so annyoing and hurts my eyes. It has also little to do with Castlevania as there are some bats and everything is dark but that's it. I'm not gonna miss it and will never play it again. I'm happy for players who enjoy this modifier but I am not one of them.

In my opinion, the developers should add this modifier in custom games and call it a day with this modifier. They should rather spend their time on new modifier or modus and not in a possible Lights Out 3.0.

Good to see you too friend! I don't check here daily like I used to but I do stop by 2 / 3 times a week just don't really post much these days.

I also finished all of the orginal lights out tome because it could be done (or almost done) in standard games I think I played a total of 3 orginal lights out games. This time forcing players to play lights out or miss out didn't sit well with me & I will not do so ever again.

I too long for Freddy to return as close to orginal as possible with a few changes though I'm pretty sure i'll be gone by then.

Still intend to quit for good next April once I hit 7 years & around 16,000 hours I've had my fill & my fun, even got Chucky which is all I ever wanted but the game & on many questionable choices have ground me down & i'm happy to take my leave content to never return.

I will always wish success to the game & those that remain of course.

I don't really have a problem with Lights Out, to be honest. What I really dislike is the fact Freddy isn't available to play. The first time I thought it was understandable, because it was their first modifier. But now? After seven months of knowing the modifier clashed with Freddy's Dream World I thought they would have fixed it. Guess I should've known better.

I know you intend to quit, my dear friend, but I hope they do something that convinces you to stay, at least for a little longer. I'd miss ya. It is always good to see you here and talk about the game.

I know what it is like to be frustrated with DBD. When I first played this game, all the way back in 2018, it was easily one of the best games I had ever played and it wasn't fun to see that game I loved slowly disappear. But even after everything that has happened I'll definitely stay here for quite some time. Because I refuse to quit until I get my killer back, and when I do get him back I'll have a reason to stay.

But if you choose to quit for good, I'll wish ya the best, my friend :D

Yeah, I crept to the end tonight just to get the banner. I still don't really like this mode, but I got used to it after a while. Took me some time to get a candle strat as survivor, but I learned how to be a Belndette in the process, so there's that.

I'm torn because I actually quite like the vanilla no-perks-no-add-ons aspect of it, but I don't like the no-information from either side.

I really like Lights Out as a concept, but I don't think people should be forced to play it if they don't want to. It's really unfair to force people to play a mode just to get limited items; what happened to "No FOMO" BHVR?
