The Steve was a hacker who kept teleporting around. Nancy was with him. I have Clips for evidence in my Channel AstralNestTV if you need to see them

Couple things,
Naming and Shaming isn't allowed so the pic should be edited or removed to not show names of the cheaters.
If you want to report someone after reporting them in-game use this website.
